In order to keep our pricing the lowest in the country, we will charge a 2.5% fee for MasterCard and Visa transactions, and 3% for American Express transactions. These fees are subject to change. Warranty Information: Most of our chairs have a 2 year warranty for parts. If a replacement part is needed, simply fax in your parts request, and your part will usually be shipped within 24 hours.

Shipping Information: Office Furniture in a Flash offers two exciting freight programs. Choose from our ''landed'' freight included section or our FOB pricing. You can select your shipping methodology at the beginning of the year but you must choose one since switching between programs is not allowed. Standard shipping by Office Furniture in a Flash is Dock-to-Dock service only. If you require any additional services, such as a liftgate or inside delivery, additional charges will apply.

Returned Goods: Returned merchandise will not be accepted unless authorized in writing prior to return. The merchandise and cartons must be in ''NEW'' condition upon receipt in our warehouse. All returned products will be subject to a 35% restocking fee and the return shipping fees.

Shipments to Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, and all other areas of New York City will ship FOB only.
Shipments sent to subsidiary islands within the Contiguous United States may be subject to additional shipping charges.
